Mindful Therapeutic Massage

Welcome to Mindfulness

Welcome! This is a safe, nurturing space for Women of all ages and stages. (Must show proof of Covid vaccination)

Are you looking for relief from stubborn muscle tension or chronic pain? Are you searching for help with your stress, anxiety or trauma? Are you in cancer treatment and struggling with pain, nausea, stress or sleeplessness? If you're needing some relief from edema/swelling from cancer treatment or surgery, interfering with your lymphatic system from flowing properly or from Lymphedema or Lipedema, you've come to the right place!

I am a Trauma-Informed, Evidence-Based Massage Therapist. My training is focused on working with clients with Anxiety, Depression and/or Trauma, which often leads to physical pain/stress in the body. Together, we'll bring you "out of your head and into your body", to help you to feel more present and grounded in your daily life.

I work from my home studio in Cumberland, RI at the end of a quiet street. You will notice how peaceful it is as soon as you enter. I maintain a slow-paced massage practice, allowing more individual time for each client, before and after their massage. No pressure to rush out after. I want you to hang on to that post-massage-high for as long as possible!

Please make yourself at home here and read the About Me page to get to know me a little better. Trust and familiarity are a key aspect to a Therapist/Client relationship and my desire is to welcome you into this space of healing and relaxation with open arms. I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the Services & Rates page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.

If you’d like to set up an appointment with me, you may either Call or Text and I will call you back to confirm the details of your appointment, give you my home address, and also answer any questions you might have.

*Please note: Unfortunately, my studio is not handicap accessible, as I do have stairs

Thanks for visiting, and have a great day!

Mindfully,

Kathy
